One of the main reasons I aspire to become a civil servant is the desire to have a positive impact on society. I want to be directly involved in making and implementing public policies that can improve people's quality of life. I want to be part of the solution to various problems facing the nation, such as poverty, inequality, and environmental damage. In addition, I am inspired by the noble values upheld by ASN, namely integrity, professionalism, and public service. I want to be an honest, fair, and responsible ASN. I want to work to serve the community, regardless of differences in ethnicity, religion, race, or class. The Indonesian government has announced the allocation of Civil Servant Candidate (CPNS) formations for 2024, covering needs in central and regional agencies. Based on official information, the total formations available this year are 250,407. These formations are divided into two main categories, namely for central agencies and regional agencies. Central agencies get a formation allocation of 114,706 formations, while for regional agencies, the formation allocation reaches 135,701 formations. This year, a total of 547 government agencies, consisting of 69 central agencies and 478 regional agencies, provide a total of 250,407 formations in the 2024 CPNS selection. Details of CPNS 2024 formations in central and regional agencies are important to understand the process of procuring labor that will be used in various government sectors.
