Nessa cidade a uma hierarquia, pessoas com algum poder magico estava no topo dessa pirâmide eles equivalem a classe nobre, no meio dela são os que tem algum parentesco ou são ricos o suficiente para comprar uma terra e na base há os humanos. Esse reino é dominado pelo rei Phillip que tem algumas complicações de saúde e não possui herdeiros logo esse titulo vai passar para o seu irmão Heron mas Heron desconfia que tem alguém armando contra ele e contra o reino nisso pelo acaso ele encontra uma humana disposta a ajuda-lo o problema é que os dois fazem mal um para o outro.
