In an Earth like world called Earthen a metaphysical veil separates the world from The Abyss where demons, fallen angels and eldritch anomalies exist. The Abyss has three planes, Deamona where demons thrive, Angelus where fallen angels take wing and Anomalia where eldritch anomalies lurk. Opposite The Abyss the world Earthen lies, most citizens blissfully unaware of the dangers lurking in the sky, on the ground and around every corner. The 10% of demi-spirits, angels and humans with high spiritual awareness and abilities do know about the threat however and actively fight it so they can one day close the veil and ultimately bring spiritual peace to the world. The children of fire and ice however, Phenics Amaterasu and Yuki Yuuki, two childhood friends separated for 11 years and reunited after those years are the two heroes on the forefront of fighting these "Visitors" and as prophecy has foretold they are the ones who will seal the veil. Phenics armed with Phoenix Fire and Yuki armed with Yuki Onna frost and snow will fight until they seal the boundary and the last enemy falls at their feet... This is their story. A Novelization based off the game Okami released for the Playstation 2 on April 2,2006. It was also published for the Wii in 2007. The story follows the adventure of the divine sun god Amaterasu restoring the land of Nippon and cleansing it of the evil that has invaded. This game is based of Japenese folklore and mythology.

so basically, my oc's (Ahe and Amaterasu) are gonna be part of the stardust crusaders and are gonna be big ol' lesbians for each other. their designs are in my art book. personality: Ahe: pushes everyone away, unconditional kindness, quiet, most likely a sociopath, big bottom energy, cold but warm to people she cares about, doesn't know how to deal with emotions. A long time ago the goddess Amaterasu sent her Okami to protect the Grimoire and stop it from falling into the wrong hands, it eventually fought a hideous demon. Luckily the Okami killed it but in return it died, but now the Okami has been reborn as a male human and having to deal with school and devils. Just how will he protect the Grimoire?

The veil is a mystical sheet that protects the entirety of the human world from the other side. The veil is cracking, slowly but surely. The world has no choice but to call upon the Kami. The Kami are being petty though; the last time they bestowed power to the humans, bad shit happened. They still have a grudge about how much time and energy they wasted protecting them. Even with the overall refusal amongst the citizens of Takamagahara, Amaterasu rules that every higher Kami, including Susanoo, must endorse a human of their choosing in the next 10 years. Amaterasu doesn't find this very pleasing either, but what choice does she have? If the veil breaks, and the other side takes over the human world, they might find the ambition to challenge the higher beings. Amaterasu cannot take such a chance. With the cracks in the veil increasing, what will happen when Susanoo makes a hasty, last minute decision and chooses the person least fit for the job? ------------------- Here we go again.
