(It IS a wip at the moment but the title is actually Work in Progress lol) Someone did something and got something, but then something happened and he couldn't do that something anymore until something did something which gave him something. It's a wip, don't at me. Yin Yashamato worked as one of many authors for a relatively small bookstore company. The thing is, with him, he always lost inspiration halfway through his writings. The only few he's actually finished was when he first started writing, and they were just amateur works- something he put his heart into when he had all the inspiration a young, naive writer has. But now he's 34 and hasn't finished a book since he was in his 20's. It's not his fault, he honestly can't think of anything else to add to them. He's tried to just work his way through the plot but it all ends up good in the beginning and rushed in the end. On a typical day, he called his boss to tell him that he would need more time to work on his book. It just wasn't working out with the deadline. Sadly, before he could even press the call button, he died... By what, you may ask? It's unknown, he just collapsed. Some say he overworked himself, but some deny that claim saying he always slacked off in his writing. His funeral was only held for close friends, and only his few books remained in the world. And then he got a system.

After a calm first night, the book collector sees himself entangled into a bizarre revenge plot weaved by one of the establishment's former employees. A cyberpunk scenery, drama, pinches of sarcasm and plenty of action in a not-too-optimistic future are the ingredients making up the first short story in the tales of Ivan, the book collector.

In the second journey of Ivan, the unappealing streets of a dystopian future lead him to the mansion of Martin Astley, an elderly, wealthy man who has a passion for books living solely alongside his butler Arnold and little Maria, his moody 10-year-old daughter. A family trying to carry on even after the brutal murder of Martin's wife (and the several disappearances and murders of family employees in particular). The same unappealing scenario of an hostile future are the stage for yet another tale about the book collector, in a plot filled with mystery, drama and, of course, action, in an all-new narrative regarding the recent man-machine relationship

Ivan's third travel led him to a crumbling town, which could very well be a ghost town if it wasn't inhabited. Countless people and androids living as cattle under the rule of an eccentric, tyrannical android with quite peculiar habits and backstory. This time, Ivan sees himself dealing with the eccentricities of an unlikeable leader and the desires of a hopeless population at bay, still under the unappealing future of the previous tales and offering a new clash between man and machine.

You. You are Jackeline Winchel. You are one of the few hybrids left. What happened? Well, a long time ago, scientists- especially one by the name of Dr. Scorch, a fake name, obviously- figured out ways to combine humans and animals. Though, there was one flaw to it. The procedure required a computer chip of sorts, to keep track of your brain waves so the animal side didn't take over and all that. Then IT happened. Another jealous scientist by the name Dr. Scarlett hacked into Dr. Scorch' network somehow and corrupted the chips. This caused the hybrids to go full out animal. You, luckily, didn't managed to get corrupt, fighting along the humans to restore peace, killing many other hybrids. But, that was ten years ago, when you were only fifteen. Now, you, Jackeline, are 25. And, your friends are noticing how you've been acting more strangely, more like your animal side. There are rumors it's Dr. Scarlett's work... You really just hope it's... Just. A. Glitch.
