Delilah is a shy, socially awkward, insecure introvert who barely goes on dates. But hey what're friends for? So her best friend Ember sets her on blind date with her cousin. But when he arrives at the restaurant, he's none but the reason she doesn't date, her school time bully's best friend and her one of the biggest enemy. So when they meet, things go south or do they actually? One humble attempt for the prompt 'Blind date with the enemy' by @AmbassadorsGR for the biggest collaboration 'Trials of Love'. A woman who is socially awkward as been set up on a blind date with her best friends cousin. Her date turns out to be far too handsome for his own good, or hers. At first they don't realise they have met before, and were previous enemies. Do they become friendly or leave the up-market restaurant to be forever foes. ************************ I hope this isn't an elaborate hoax, I don't think my tattered nerves could handle anymore upset. Oh, good lord, it's not April fools is it? No, no we are definitely in June, flaming June. Then where is he? Oh no, oh what a thought, he's undoubtedly been and gone. He has seen me sitting here, scowling and looking like something Mr Blewit as dragged in. He's turned up expecting to be greeted by some sort of super model. Someone exotic and alluring like Gisele and what's he find, Gisele's stunted, unkempt, gormless looking penniless step sister. What a catch I must seem. ********* Join Louisa as she explores the world of blind dating, and tries not to let her usual awkwardness prevail.
