When she was born her mother, Martha, had someone tattoo a blue police call box on Cassidy's wrist. Martha planed to tell Cassidy about the box when she turned seven. She was unable. Cassidy Smith was born on November 23rd 2004, by Martha Jones and Micky Smith, who were married. She had tan, but not very dark, skin, black eyes and pink hair, and the tattoo. Cassidy's parents had no siblings but Leo Jones and Trish Jones, she never got married. Leo was married to Casanova Luke, and already had three kids. The only place for Cassidy to go was to a good friend of Martha and Micky.
