After Connor failed his last mission, Amanda took away Connor's job as a detective. Meanwhile, after a long day of school, Cadenza meets Connor for the first in history. After escaping the estate with Eva, Justine, and Joey, the system starts to glitch out, more than usual. As the system tries to fix it, the anomaly becomes stronger and stronger, and glitches out the world. Joey now must try to fix the glitches and head to the Mainframe to stop the anomaly from breaking the system.

After escaping from Everlock, Joey and the SAE have one last mission before can he go home. Stop the anomaly that's been causing the universe to glitch out. However, CJ (aka Mr Beast's brother) decides to go on a mission to find Jimmy, and bring him home. With the help of Tareq (Jimmy's cameraman) and Mark Rober (a scientist/friend), they set out to deal with the anomaly, once and for all.

The anomaly has stopped attacking the Mainframe, but Joey still has his doubts. After becoming an SAE member, Jael lets Jetpack Girl (Samantha) and Joey know that there the anomaly has moved onto Everlock, a town locked in the 1970s which has been overrun by The Carnival Master (Nicholas) and the clowns.
