I was disappointed that Philippines still wasn't canon, and I hate how some fanfic portray her as a Mary Sue. Since there's a lack of Philippines Fanfic in the fandom, I tried to write some. I can't promise this will be good, but at least I tried right?

The world was at peace, although Philippines lost his biological family, he has USSR , Afghanistan and Russia as his new family, they took him in when he was alone. They're a happy family, no more wars and all countries are now friends, although Philip already forgives America for invading and making him follow his commands, he still feels discomfort, he's not sure as to why he feels discomfort towards America, but he realized that even though he feels uncomfortable, it still feels a bit nice to have such a feeling, this however made Philip even more confused. But little did Philip know that America has developed feelings for Philip, but with how Philip feels of discomfort, America is having a hard time. Will America be able to get close to Philip? Will Philip be able to develop feelings for America? Will they end up together? or Will they stay distant towards each other?
