A re-write of season 3, this time including everyone's favourite Leprechaun. Or second favourite if you have no taste 😉. This is going to start as a slow Re-Write. I'm changing very little from the show at first, just adding in more details to build on later.

The story is set modern day Chicago, Sigyn -wife of Loki, God of mischief- has been on the run since the first warning signs of Ragnarok, finally free from the fate of filling bowlfuls of venom over her husband's head. Sweeney was the leprechaun who wanted his life back, Lorelyn was the siren who wanted her family back. Both had what the other wanted in a way but there was once thing that always got in the way...lucky love. But will they move past that and end up killing each other? Or will they settle for less?

Sweeney finds himself back in Brigitte's bar with no explanation and a throbbing head. He handles their conversation with his usual charm. That is to say he loses his rag almost immediately and starts acting like a belligerent arsehole.

Mad Sweeney's grasp on his memories is getting sketchy lately. He's hearing Banshees too. Can't be a good sign. Convinced of his imminent death he looks for Shadow who seems to have an idea that might help the Leprechaun and his predicament. A change about Sweeney's outcome as I was unhappy with the way things were in series. Not going to lie, I might rework this peace in the future. All rights to Neil Gaiman.

Brannon Cain is the falsely accused, wrongly condemned property of a lord of death. When he isn't busy playing errand boy to his master, he works on the side to keep the lights on in his apartment. Chasing down monsters, clearing hauntings, and assisting the locals in all of their paranormal needs. For a cursed man who can never die, it's a living. After getting word of a potential possession, Brannon investigates the peculiar circumstances surrounding girls who are claiming to be characters from well-known 19th century novels who have escaped from other dimensions. Whether they belong in a psych ward or a church vestibule is up to Cain to figure out--all while fighting to prove his own innocence to a cold, iron-laced afterlife. In a god-eat-god world on the brink of damnation, with eternal war brewing between deities, Brannon Cain doesn't want to survive. He just wants to rest in peace.

Buile Suibhne (The Madness of Sweeney or Sweeney's Frenzy) is an Irish tale about Suibhne mac Colmain, king of the Dál nAraidi who has been cursed with madness by Saint Ronan Finn (6th-century Irish saint) after he speared one of his monks. The thing I love about this story is the way is told in the American Gods TB series and maybe in the book with the same name which I haven't finished yet. We will focus on the TV Series but we'll start from the stories the character Mad Sweeney is based on
