(None of these songs belong to me!) American Idiot is a Tony Award-winning musical based on the 2004 concept album of the same name by the American punk-rock band Green Day. American Idiot explores the themes of love, war, friendship, addiction and young parenthood. The story, expanded from that of the concept album, centers on three disaffected young men, Johnny, Will and Tunny. Johnny and Tunny flee a stifling suburban lifestyle and parental restrictions, while Will stays home to work out his relationship with his pregnant girlfriend, Heather. The former pair look for meaning in life and try out the freedom and excitement of the city. Tunny quickly gives up on life in the city, joins the military and is shipped off to war. Johnny turns to drugs and finds a part of himself that he grows to dislike, has a relationship and experiences lost love.

Thinking that she is never going to be anything more than an outcast and eventually forgotten; she wants to give up. That's when she meets Billie Joe, a musician who, like her, is angry at life. All Billie wants to do, is to show (Y/n) that there is so much more to life and the opportunities that wait for her.

Since Johnny kept complaining about the lack of Holiday spirit, Saint Jimmy stepped up to the plate and provided. ~This pairing was in dire need of some simple domesticity~

Basically in this au, St. Jimmy and Johnny are entirely different people (Jimmy still drags Johnny down a lot though, due to his inability to show normal affection)

So uh hello this is just a random thing I'm going to write and it's not going to be so good I presume. It basically is going to something that I will write on when I feel like it and I am going to write whatever I want. But hope you guys will like or enjoy it a little bit. I don't do smut because it makes me uncomfortable. I have no idea if the first chapter counts as smut but I wouldn't say it does. I might not update this constantly since I need to have the energy to write and need to know something to write about and at the moment I don't have anymore ideas so we all gotta wait until I get ideas

American Idiot re-imagined through the eyes of the one and only, Saint Jimmy. In the middle of nowhere, our Patron Saint of the Denial, Saint Jimmy takes on the typical perils of teenage life- if your sister committed suicide before you could spell your own name, your mom's a druggie, and you practically live at your friend's house. He "conquers" love, hate, and coming to terms with the death of his sister and himself in this "spin-off" of Green Day's "American Idiot".
