All the flashback scene in order from Sweetheart Carousel. Plus some new one that aren't in the story. It starts with Lady Benzedrine meeting her counterpart Dr. Benzedrine. Friends at first then over time, their feelings grow the more time they spend.

Everything was normal for Mr. Sandman. His home in Hollywood Hills consist of his friends and avoiding the evil America's Suitehearts. His job was going through television sets to help troubled children sleep better. It was like that for centuries. However, one girl made his whole immortal life flip completely upside down in a matter of minutes. What is so different about her? Can he protect her? But above all Why?

Okay Sammy," Dean said sitting sown next to Sam, "any interesting cases?" "No Dean," Sam huffed still scrolling through his computer feed, but then exclaims, "Dean look at this!" Dean looks over Sam's shoulder to see an article from Chicago two days ago. It read: Another Missing! Tara Pope was found missing from her home two days ago. This is believed to be apart of a kidnapping scheme that started with the Willmette native band, Fall Out Boy, two years ago. "Sam this is just another boring story," Dean complained, "leave that to the police." "No Dean look closer," Sam huffs pointing below the paragraph. They might not seemed linked but they are. The thing that links them is a strange green goo was dripping out of the bottom of the TV. "Okay Sammy that seems really deep," Dean sarcastically says. "So is that a yes on the case?" Sam asks. "I guess so," Dean replies. "Well lets get go the Impala!" Sam exclaimed. They rushed over to a 1967 Chevy Impala. All Dr. Benzedrine does is work all day and he never gets credit. Everyone in The Hills just ignores him and he's sick of it. At last he has enough of it and runs away. What will Sandman do when he realizes his brother is missing? Time is running out as Sandman and his closest friends go searching for the missing Suiteheart as an evil force starts to rise. Will the find the lost doctor before it's too late or will the hills be shrouded with darkness forever?

The greatest irony of Sandman's existence is that he doesn't sleep. Sleep is a luxury he cannot afford and a privilege he will never be granted. Instead he lies awake in bed, talks to shadows, curses the darkness that follows him, and envies the others for having what he himself can never attain. The one silver lining, if you can call it that, to being cursed with permanent insomnia is that it gives him plenty of time to think. And so when he's not bringing sleep to the sleep-deprived and nightmares to the dreamers, he wanders the streets of the twisted universe he calls home and thinks. He thinks about his existence, and he thinks about his identity, and he thinks about the people around them and how many of them are the same, soulless phantoms trying to reclaim a humanity they threw away ages ago. He thinks about his role in all of that and wonders if he should feel guilty. Mostly, though, he thinks about Benzedrine. Without Benzedrine, there would be no powerful potions, no elixirs, no one to satisfy cravings and fuel addictions and soothe urges. Without Benzedrine, there would be no Sandman.
