I rewrote a scene from A Midsummer Night's Dream during English as a horror story. The scene that I rewrote was Act 2, Scene 2.

"My Lord." I said politely, curtsying out of respect that I was forced to have, he was prince after all. "My Lady." He said, mimicing my tone, bowing slightly. Then he looked at my dress as I stood up from the curtsy, it must have looked terrible now. My poor dress, it had been through so much just in that day. I looked down at it, that's what he was staring at. It was torn, I would have to change and get it fixed sometime. "I'm so sorry." He sounded honestly sincere, but I knew better than to trust that sincerity in his tone. He easily faked whatever he wanted to. World class actor this guy! Give him a round of applause lady's and gentlemen! *** By taking a spur of the moment journey Kathrine Goodfellow will find truths she didn't know existed, true friendship and even perhaps love. Will the choices she makes change her forever?

Soon, they begin to uncover the layers of a mystery behind the Kingdom of Faerie, old friends, and old enemies as they set out on a journey to find Sabrina's grandmother who suddenly vanished once they reached New York.

When Angelina and Tanjiro learn the story of A Midsummer Night's Dream, they are transported into a magical fairyland.

Once upon, a world far away was filled with monsters and Wicked. Until hero's arose to face the evils of the world. Creating a new world where everyone can live happily ever after. This is a collection of short stories, based on classic stories and some stories of my own creation. Its a mixture of writing styles and theme's. But there my take on classic stories, and some lessons for modern life.

This is a modern/contemporary short story based on the themes and ideas of A Midsummer Night's Dream. This follows the modern day Titania and Oberon, in this case, Mr. and Mrs. Fay, and how their jealousy and manipulation lead to divorce. However, weird and supernatural things are happening as the couple gets more heated in an argument. _________________________________________ This was an assignment for my Lit class and thought it would be cool to see what you guys think. We had to do a creative response to the play A Midsummer Night's Dream. We could do this in any form; pictures, art, poetry, short story etc. Basically, it's Titania and Oberon in a modern world as a divorcing couple (as in the play they are separate for a period). Thier mood affects nature, alluding to their fairy nature. A bit different from my usual stuff, hope you like :)

Thanks to a mistake while trying to grant his birthday wish, the Fairy Prince Sebastian - son of Oberon and Titania - wakes up to find himself in the human realm, but he isn't alone for long. Enter Mranda Hilliard, a woman camping alone in the woods, and she happens to find the sleeping Prince when his bed appears near her tent. Once the Prince's gaze is set on the mortal upon waking up, all sorts of magic ensue.

My idea for this fanfic came from the play written by William Shakespeare, 'A Midsummer Night's Dream. Here is an excerpt: I laid down on the forest ground. It was odd to believe I could even survive one night in the middle of a forest, but Edward was right beside me. Jacob laid down on the other side of me. He had found us running off to be eloped and threatened to go home and tell Charlie. Somehow, we convinced him not to. He couldn't stop telling me I was making the wrong decisions and choices about my life. I could be with Jacob, a werewolf, or Edward, a vampire and love of my life. As I pondered these thoughts, I drifted to sleep. But when I woke, Edward was nowhere to be found.

Shakespeare's « A Midsummer Night's Dream ». What if the first person Lysander had seen after receiving the potion had been Demetrius?

I'm just a huge theater nerd. William, I'm so sorry. (Mostly Hamlet x Horatio, oops)

The course of true love never did run smooth. Lysander adores his Hermia, Demetrius doesn't know who he loves, Titania and Oberon can't decide whether they love each other and Theseus is marrying a platonic love. Hippolyta is keeping a shared secret and trying to dismantle the patriarchy, Philostrate is watching it all. And sighing quite a lot.
