On a normal basis, he was about as intimidating as a rabbit. Now, though, he was pretty close to the office cat's level. "Don't mess this up for us, Miss Duri. Otherwise the consequences will be a lot worse than death." --- Genesis has always wanted to lead a mission to the Polus Space Station, orbiting a Jupiter moon millions of miles away. While each attempt to get there has been compromised by the scheming, violent Conclave, Genesis's hopes to become the next captain of the Skeld have not once faltered. When she finally gets the opportunity of a lifetime, Genesis quickly discovers that, despite her caution, all is not what it seems. Her superiors have maintained minimal contact, and she has reason to believe any one of her crewmates could be an imposter. Once the killings begin, she must act quickly to outwit the Conclave before she and all her crewmates are murdered in cold blood. --- **The characters are original, but this story is based off a game called Among Us. The concept of spaceship crewmates being killed by an imposter does not belong to me, but to the game developers (Innersloth). They also came up with the names "Polus" and "Skeld", as well as the layout of the space station most of the story is set in and the tasks crewmates are required to do. ***Content warnings: murder, peril, mentions of blood

Would you mind a quick introduction to the crew? Alright!! Here it goes, don't get lost! Blue: A joyful and friendly Crewmate that can check who is alive at all times. Green: A British crewmate that acts like a cop, he has a gun with only one bullet that he plans to use on an Imposter. Orange: An punny guy with a slight Australian accent that can go inside the vents (He is an engineer) Black: A silent crewmate dressed like a plague doctor that can revive dead Crewmates. Brown: Green's best friend, they are working together who find out who the imposters are. White (Captain): A kind and innocent crewmate with a pure soul that even Imposters are too afraid to make sad... She also happens to be the captain of the ship. Yellow: Yellow is a filler character, sorry pals. Cyan: Blue's little sister and Lab assistant, she likes to tell puns and is sometimes lazy. Red: A very nice (and silly) guy that doesn't realize he needs to help Crewmates find the Imposters and just helps them with tasks Pink: A smart, cold-hearted gall that uses Red to get the other Crewmates to befriend her. Remember two of these are Imposters! (Not white tho, do not be sus of White... And Yellow is a filler...Who am I kidding, the imposters are revealed kinda early on) For now, there are only 3 (medium-short length) chapters, and a small sneak peak of chapter 4. Also note that this is the first story I publish.

A space shuttle took off with 12 in it, though unbeknownst to everyone 3 of them, well are not so good intentioned as the rest.

The crew of the Skeld 3-10-5 had a simple mission: transport goods along a new, quicker trade route to the famous capital planet, Mira. It seems simple enough until they encounter mysterious space matter than leaves them stranded in the middle of space. With whispers of death and destruction at every turn, there is no one left to trust as it becomes clear there is an imposter among them.
