Paris is once again thrown in a panic from the news of the return of The Monster of Paris! But Francoeur is just as curious as to who the culprit is and with the help of his friends and his special someone Odette, he is determined to find who or what is behind these incidents. But things get in the way that Francoeur can not understand. His overflowing emotions for Odette puts his mind in a spin. He learns many new things about humans and these strange new emotions that he is rather embarrassed about feeling. But nevertheless, everyone is looking forward to the joyous wedding day of Emille and Maud.

Celestia knew Raoul when they were younger, and she was head over heels for him. She bumped into him years later when she went to watch a show at the rare bird. She also meets Francoeur, who eventually falls in love with her. Celestia and Raoul date for a while, but when something happens she runs into the arms of Francoeur, but not Raoul... why? That and when HE finds out, francoeur is going to fight as hard as ever to protect her, and his friends.

Odette losses a loved one by someone she never expected. And at the end, in her wedding gown....her own blood on her hands....Francoeur might lose a loved one as well.
