A Mother's Love 💕

The final Judgment I closed my eyes and scrunched my face as the tears fell out my eyes. My makeup was slowly being ruined. Standing here in the courtroom, I had just discovered that my son is being convicted for murder. He is only 17 years old. Growing up in Nashville, I always tried to inflict in his mind that he matters and that he is somebody. Do I believe that he committed murder ? No, but hearing this news is heartbreaking. With no father figure in his life, I was pretty sure that I had done everything to teach him right from wrong and knowing what crowd to avoid. I know not what my son has done behind close doors but I know My Son is a Good Son. Could I be wrong ? Was there two sides to him that I knew not about ? Could this be the end of my endless teachings and bettering him, so he could be a good father to his children ? All these thoughts rush through my brain as the tears fell down my face. I was left to grieve as if my son had died. He was no longer going to be under my wings, but instead behind bars in closed doors.

When I was little I never had a mother's love. When I was little I always seen little girls like me having a mother to laugh with and play with and smile with. When I was little we had a relationship but I made a mistake and it all turn wrong. A mother's love is something I always dream about but never got. A mother's love is something I cried about every night. A mother's love is something I did want but I will never have and don't care anymore. A mother's love is suppose to be loving and caring which is something I don't have. Whenever you don't have a mother's love you feel not wanting . whenever you try and talk to your mother and she gives you dirty looks and act like she doesn't care what are you suppose to do. A mother's love is something I will show my daughter one day the love I never have. Whenever you never heard a "I love you" from your mother once a day than there is something wrong with that shows you she don't give a dam about you instead of hearing a fake "I love you "

This poem was dedicated to my mother's 41'st birthday last June 04, 2018. Writing this poem mean so much to me, although it's not totally good but I wrote this with all my heart and sincere gratitude for having a mother like my mom. Much like flowers, we bloom. We bring beauty to the world, even if its only for a short time. I do not wright this from personal experience, only second hand encounters. What a lot of people don't know, is that the hearts of others around us are impacted by the same situations in much the same way. Don't ever underestimate that. Deserae gains consciousness and discovers she's unable to see or move. She has little recollection of the events leading to her current state but knows there is something critical she must remember. She has nothing but her hearing and hazy memories to rely on as she tries to solve the case of who she is and what happened to her. She better do it fast...her life may just depend on it.

A mother will do anything to protect her child. She can endure a lot of pains, but will always draw the line when it's her daughter's life at risk.
