Not long after Sesshomaru vanishes, Inuhama No Ya is abducted by the Tainted Demon slayers and is used for her unique and immense powers and abused. She later loses the Sapphire amulet as it falls down into a revine Over 70 years later, the Sapphire amulet is found and Sesshomaru Sama's soul within it is reborn. Now known as "Sesshomaru Donavon" a young Dog Demon "mixed blood," who, in a tragic event after another, loses his "inner Sesshomaru" due to immense fear and silence, and loses his markings on his face and wrists.
