Takes place only a year later- with Ikuto 18, and Amu 15. The middle school and high school are connected. Ikuto found his father (two months before this story takes place), broke his wrist (No worries! It's healed before the book!), drops out of the Orchestra, and comes back to Japan to finish high school- and possibly start on winning Amu's heart from the kiddy-King? Yuro rehatches once he and his father step off the plane, and the formerly tainted black Chara-egg has turned into a true Chara egg in his bag. Amu's family has expanded! While her mother was expecting, Amu made sure that on every Friday Night, at 8PM, that she would be watching Ikuto play live on the TV. The same night her brother, Kyo, is born, the world finds out that Ikuto has dropped out of the Orchersta! The next morning, she misses her first class (which was Math anyway. Lol) due to ANOTHER new family member- a new Guardian Chara Egg. She wouldn't of kept the egg a secret if it hadn't always changed from golden and pink, to black and violet! When you thought the guy you truly had feelings for was picking on you confesses before leaving to search the world to find his father. That's what happened between Hinamori Amu and her only one; Ikuto. Amu is now 18, making Ikuto 23. Amu never got with Tadase. She told him her real feelings and they've been nothing but friends. With Amu turning 19 soon Ikuto wanted to surprise Amu with his return. He had found his father and kept in contact with Utau, but chose to not talk to Amu for personal reasons.
