Both Jo and Friedrich love children and they love being parents. Honestly I used to ship Jo and Laurie but then I saw the 2019 version of Little Women and I fell in love with Amy and Laurie and realized that these two are perfect together. They compliment each other so well and they're so adorable tbh Laurie and Jo would never work they're only meant to be best friends so I made this story because of how underrated Amy and Laurie are.

What if Laurie didn't love Jo? What if all along since childhood it was Amy? Would they confess their love sooner? How does Jo feel about it? Does she actually have feelings for him? This story is based of the Greta Gerwig movie adaptation and partially the book and I also have made Laurie and Jo two years older than Amy instead of three because I want their love story to start earlier and three year age gap seemed to big for what age I plan for it to start. I really do love this ship and Jo and Laurie just is a no. So sorry to any Jo and Laurie shippers this isn't for you. (You can still read it tho I really don't care.) All right to Louisa May Alcott and whoever made the Little Women adaptation besides Greta. Hope you enjoy and you like the cover I made :)
