Annabelle know her Father love's her Mother but does not now what happened. Annabelle does not want to end up with someone like her own Father. One day she meet's her mate and she is scared to fall for him thinking that her life will be exactly like her parent's.

Running from her past in Maine she finds the future that had been promised to her with Matthew. Matthew thought he was content with life as it was until he met Anabelle who turned his normal life upside down and showed him life with her would never be dull. He doesn't plan on letting her go because he couldn't imagine his life without her if only everyone else would get the memo...
