I can't describe this story but it's real, kind of.

One in four women have turned down a marriage proposal. Including Lennon. To be fair, though, it took Sam getting down on one knee for her to realize that it wasn't what she wanted. Although making a grown man cry hadn't exactly been something she wanted either. Four months later, Lennon is living a mortified existence...back to sleeping in her childhood bedroom and working in the used bookstore. She's not sure what's going to drive her insane first: the guilt or her newest coworker, Perky Penny. Then Cooper lands smack dab in the middle of her life, classifying himself as nothing more than a rolling stone. He has the entire sleepy, coastal town curious. Lennon included. Rightly so, considering Cooper isn't exactly what he says. Seven years ago, he and his band were the biggest name in rock and roll...until he abruptly disappeared from the limelight and hasn't been heard from since. Both Cooper and Lennon are harboring their own share of secrets. As the two get closer, though, the past starts to catch up. Eventually, they'll have to decide if it's better to keep running or if some things are worth standing still for.

Analeigh and Adam live together in a small Apartment in London, England. Their life is, for lack of a better word, blah. Adam is gay but only wants to see his best friend, Analeigh to be happy. Analeigh works at a Radio Station and when teen sensation One Direction comes to be interviewed, the roommate's lives get a little more interesting ;)

20 year old Analeigh has been running from her past since she was 7 years old now she has made it to a safe haven, a place they would never go looking. Can she finally move on and start a happy, healthy life or will her mysterious past cause her to push herself into seclusion? Will the mysterious stranger she meets at the local elementary school where she works who goes by the name of Mac, who also has a mysterious background and a beautiful little girl named Amarianna bring her out the hole she buried herself in years ago. Or will her past come back to haunt her in full circle.

Analeigh Taylor lives an extraordinarily average life. When she gets the opportunity to participate in the Blind Auditions for the popular televised singing competition The Voice, she jumps at the opportunity to shake up the way things are and see what could be. But when she and her coach start falling for each other, and one of the contestants starts to see her as a threat to his career, her season gets interesting.
