These are analogies I've made about my ex (That I'm still *really close* with) . They're all original. It may take a bit for me to do them all since I can only write good ones when I'm really sad about it.

A story of emotion through poems.

So this is a collection of poetry that I've written. Some of it's very fantastical. Some of it is mythological. Some of it is domestic. There's not really one specific theme or style. They're not all about me and not all from my point of view. Most of the poems here can be found on Tumblr and I'm just trying to put everything in one place. Common themes include love, friendship, revolution, redemption, suffering, hope, small acts of resistance, abuse, and spirituality. Disclaimer the girl in the picture is not me nor does she look anything like me. I don't know who she is. She's adorable though.

I like analogies. They give meanings to things by comparing it to other things that may resemble it as a way of making things more understandable and simpler. *pikmin*

i feel like people are leaving me and i don't know why. → hr : 2PO © 2017 freyyyaa NOTE_2020: previously had an "alllivesmatter" tag on this book. it was added when this story was first started in 2017 to share my belief that all lives matter, regardless of gender, orientation, race, ethnicity, ability, etc. that tag was absolutely NOT associated with the alllivesmatter movement - that movement does not reflect the actual belief that all lives do matter. i have removed it now as the meaning behind the phrase 'all lives matter' is associated with a white supremacist ideology that is now being used to oppose and try to silence the Black Lives Matter movement. all lives will matter when black lives, trans lives, indigenous lives, and all other oppressed groups are included in that. i hope that one day the phrase 'all lives matter' will no longer be a weapon used to suppress and silence civil rights but as a matter of fact. #BLM

You can call this book what you wish. A book filled with metaphors, poetry, analogies, or even just thoughts. But that's exactly what this is for me, just 2am thoughts.

Here and there, I have sudden inspirational splurges that causes me to think of a whole abstract analogy within seconds. That's when I drop everything I'm doing to type out those thoughts before I forget. It doesn't happen often, but it's always worth remembering. These are a few of my favorites that I would like to share to all who will listen.
