I just through with training a few weeks ago so I am very eager to learn what this job is really all about." Feeling very anxious about my peers' stares I smile and stop talking. Lily-Anne Young is the new rookie at Station 19 of Seattle. Traumatized by a house fire that left both her mother and sister dead, she must fight through her past that occurred 12 years ago to live her dream of being a firefighter. Saving lives of people just like her mom and sister has been her dream since that occurrence when she was just eleven years old. All while getting to know her peers at Station 19, will she survive and live her dream as a firefighter and life saver? Will she be able to stand the pressure as the new rookie of Seattle's Station 19? Will she feel at home with her new fire family, and possibly a new love interest? Will her past impact her performance? After all, rookie mistakes can cause lives.

~I am of two minds about what happened in 5x02, specifically the utter IDIOCY of Andy Herrera EVER having sex with -CRINGE/VOMIT/RETCH/EYE ROLL/IMODIUM, PLEASE-STAT!-Sean Beckett. In my AU, Robert was never demoted to 'Probie' from BATTALION CHIEF, and as patently ridiculous as the premise that no matter how desperate Andy may be...BECKETT??! I decided to publish the 'canon' version (with some changes) with Chapter 3 as the AU in which she took a different, much more believable (at least to me!) path. Enjoy.

Andy Herrera knew two things: She didn't want to settle down, and she didn't want to start a family. Firefighting was first, it always had been and it always would be. But that wasn't going to stop her from having some fun every now and then. That's what she said when she met Robert Sullivan in a bar 5 years ago and they started this so-called "fling" What she didn't know was that the "fling" would turn into two lines on a stick and her never speaking to Robert again... until one day.

Andy knew in her sixth sense that someone was watching her, that time, in the on call room when she had her pants off and she moved against her hand. And now she wishes that a special someone will run into the shower with her. And who was to know that her fantasy was about to come true... As per your request, thank you. For encouragement. Sort of a sequel to "I See Fire". But all you need to know is that earlier, Maya had secretly watched Andy touch herself.

NOT FINISHED AND IM EDITING IT!! andy was getting ready to meet up with the world renowned Jack Pritchard, as he was the most famous fire fighter for, saving a child with developmental disabilities who was trapped on the third floor of a burning building. andy was so excited to meet him as she was a very popular fire fighter also for doing a lot of back to back shifts as she just could not get the adrynaline out of her. she was taking a 7 hour flight from seattle to texas. read the story and find out ;) i dont post chapters every week due to school and family matters.
