Andrew knew pain all too well. His little injury wasn't anything he couldn't overcome, the people treating him, on the other hand, he wasn't so sure. His entire adult life was made of clear boundaries carved in stone, anyone daring to cross them will get punched in the face without a second thought. One evening he ends up in a hospital, there are hands all over him, people tell him to calm down, that they want to help, that they mean no harm. None of their voices matter, all that matters is their hands, touching. But then a rude, bossy man comes- either a doctor or a nurse, and shoos everyone away, he puts his foot down and gives a hard time to anyone trying to argue without batting an eye. Andrew couldn't figure him out, he was a mystery he couldn't solve, and it made him more then a little bit uncomfortable. It was irritating. Andrew was always two steps ahead, he could always read people, know their intentions before they spoke. He swore to himself that he was going to solve the man. He wasn't expecting him to do the same.

Neil decided it was a brilliant idea to bring a surprise home to the dorms. Short story (technically completed, but I'll probably add to it)

They were never meant to survive, let alone love. Two fractured souls drifted through a world that had already written their endings. One moved slowly, quietly undone by a weight that no one could see, every breath a reminder that time was not kind. The other carried a storm beneath a still face, a mind that never rested, a chaos that pressed from the inside, relentless and unyielding. When they found each other, it felt like something rare and impossible- like recognition in the cracks, like a pause in a world that would not pause for them. For a moment, it almost felt like hope. But being together only made the fragility unbearable. Every moment was a sunray slipping through trembling fingers, a warmth they could never hold for long. They clung with every ounce of themselves, desperate and raw, trying to keep the darkness at bay, but the light kept dying, and the shadows pressed closer, leaving only a hollow ache that would linger long after the warmth was gone. They could not save each other. They could only hold on, for as long as anything would let them.

in this au andrew is taken from cass before he meets aaron, he's then fostered by one of the moriyama's "business partners". andrew meets riko, kevin and Nathaniel and grows up with them, niel still runs away with his mother and that part stays mostly accurate. andrew meets aaron at sixteen and is given back to his mother that part up to the pills are still included. andrew has the number four tattooed on his cheek. andrew still suffered from Drake(i hated just typing that name 🤮). the story is almost the same just with the added fact of andrew knowing who neil is. i will be diving into andrew and aarons relationship but the book will focus on Andrew(i'm biased he's my favorite) I haven't finished reading AFTG yet so anything I haven't read will be out when I do read it. this also means i may not know every single thing I might miss something. I do not own AFTG or the characters all credits go to nora sakavic

Neil wasn't worried. He was used to being apart from Andrew for weeks at a time, so 14 days was going to feel like nothing. They would do their separate quarantines and then drive to their shared home. It was no big deal. Neither of them gets sick very often, and the chances of either of them having this were low right now. Everything was going to be fine. Right? Or: A kind of sad quarantine fic featuring Andreil. *** Also on AO3 ***

If Kevin had a crush on Andrew and makes Neil feel jealous/upset.

aspen henderson has played exy ever since she could walk, and was always the best on her teams. the girl lived and breathed the sport, her mother being her biggest role model. aspen's mother played for the trojans in college and right after went pro and even made it to the olympics, her team taking home silver. aspen's father however has always seen the sport as a waste of time. he was constantly worried his wife or daughter would get hurt playing. when aspen was 15 her mother was killed in an accident on her way to a game, her father of course blamed the sport for her mother's death, forbidding aspen from ever touching a stick again. he even went as far as breaking apsen's arm in the middle of her junior year season. she feared she would never get signed for a college team or even possibly never play again. she played in her team's last game of the season of her senior year but was nowhere near her best, the team won but no thanks to her. she watched as her friends were approached by college coaches and handed business cards. aspen just wanted to come home, until a tall man stopped her, and next to him was a small boy with ginger hair and a bright orange hoodie with the words: palmetto state foxes.

Edited on 4/19/22 Neil passes out because of his injuries from playing too hard. Who comes to his aid?! (This takes place specifically during The King's Men Chapter 5 after they won the game and Neil talked to the press. He pushed Kevin and had that argument in French. This Fanfiction starts from there. Keep in mind that (at the time) I just finished reading that part and that part only so there may be some inconsistencies with what happens in the next chapter of the book. Like the tattoo, I didn't know whether Neil covered it up again or not.)
