This book is about a little gay transgender kid who wants to let everyone know about his experiences into becoming the boy he was meant to be. There's definitions and stories and puns and really bad jokes and hopefully he doesn't wander off topic like usual. (I ran out of tag space)

February 1942 - Just over two months have passed since Zanzibar the Magician faced the Sorceress of Zoom and demanded to be reverted to a man. The attempt had failed, the Sorceress escaped, and Zanzibar (now having adopted the name Zee) remained in the body of a woman. With America now having joined the war and the Japanese Imperial Army relishing victory after victory, times are looking bleak in the world. But, Zanzibar/Zee's worries are still closer to home. While two colleagues have received the magician's new form without bias, concerns remain about others' acceptance. Focusing her energies on helping the now sonic-empowered Banshee come to terms with his transformation, Zee still keeps her own problem secret. She continues to help the police fighting crime but does it through a proxy - telegrams - enabling her to advise on cases, by pretending she is still the man authorities know. She receives a communiqué from Captain Bill Johnson of the NYPD, stating a case has been closed, but Zee senses something untoward, something dark, ominous. To follow up on her hunch, she is forced to leave her sanctuary and face the public. But that's not all - bigger worries loom as Zee finds her magic has a tendency to 'leak' without invocation.

The year - 1941. The world is at war, Pearl Harbor has been bombed and conscription is enforced for the fourth time in American history. But, over New York, another 'unworldly' conflict has also been waged - one which is a direct result of an escapee from the Fourth Dimension arriving in Earth's atmosphere; The Sorceress of Zoom. This war requires special forces from factions such as The Syndicate of the Weird and The Mystery Men; Science-heroes. They fight valiantly although many casualties result from the Sorceress' merciless attacks. Finally, having survived the battle, The Syndicate of The Weird, just got weirder. In an attempt to deflect one of the Sorceress' malevolent transformation spells from hitting a fellow Syndicate member, Zanzibar the Magician finds himself victim; altered - into a woman. In an era when homosexuality and androgyny are not only frowned upon but also penalised, Zanzibar must come to grips with this life-changing conversion. Not only that but will his powers be affected as well? Improved or impoverished? Can he find a way to reverse the spell? And how will the collaboration with fellow science-heroes fare from now on?

In a world where love and infatuation are synonymous and are only targeted to one abstract power, she who dares to hate is a rebel. The only real conflict was who. Who, or what, would be the next to receive everyone's unwavering affection? Tara-Jerry Edison was an interesting specimen of mine. Nobody at headquarters knew how to make her conform. What could seriously get someone in trouble (that someone being me) was gambled on. Who would be the one to get Tara-Jerry to fall in love? I made a mistake. The way they spoke of her, like she was a number on a chart instead of a beautiful, living human being was too much to stand by. She wanted nobody, so nobody was to have her.

A man killed his father. His mother cluelessly married the killer. He planned to take revenge but the killer's daughter is infatuated with him. He's also stuck in a love triangle with his ex and her new lover who's supposedly his new stepbrother. They all go to the same school where the stepbrother is widely worshipped for his athletics. But, he doesn't like that, not one bit. And, he is no ordinary boy. He has something that no one else has and if put to good use, it may enable him to seize everything he ever wanted. And that something is not a superpower nor a utility belt, it's his body of androgyny which is quite, in a sense, pliable and versatile.

In a world where K-pop idols are expected to fit neat boxes, XLOV shattered them. Debuting in 2025 as K-pop's first self-proclaimed genderless group, these four multinational kings - Wumuti, Rui, Hyun, and Haru - turned skirts-over-pants, pearl-adorned faces, ballet-sharp choreo, and unapologetic fluidity into their entire identity. From "I'mma Be" pearls to "Rizz" getting censored for being "too suggestive" (fans know it's the homoerotic undertones), they've pushed boundaries harder than any rookie before. But beauty without borders comes with thorns. The 2026 Europe tour sold out London, Wolverhampton (first K-pop show ever there!), Manchester - yet the Warsaw Pride flag incident exploded everything: staff blocking rainbows, company banning all flags for "neutrality," members apologizing on stage while fans felt betrayed. Aesthetic rebellion? Yes. Real queer visibility? That's the fight still raging. This isn't fluffy fanfic. It's a raw deep dive: K-pop's long flirt with androgyny (G-Dragon to Taemin), how XLOV made it group-core, the marketing vs. authenticity tension, fan stories from queer EVOLs who finally felt seen, and why 2026 feels like their true glow-up despite the pushback. EVOLution: XLOV and the Genderless Revolution in K-Pop Thorns around the heart. Pearls as armor. Love spelled backward - completed by us.
