Delia North was hard working but a wild child at heart. Her mother had been in a car accident a few days before her tenth birthday. Her father has tried everything to keep her sane, and give her everything she needs. At just 22 years old she has done it all. Some good some bad, she had dropped out of school without her dads knowledge and dyes her hair. She has always lived music though. She goes to as many concerts as possible. And her dad lets her, because that's the only place she's truly happy.

Ashton Irwin and his band mates get together to make one last song for their album. Ashton writes out about his dream girl and they end up using it for the song. They decide to make a music video for Money and the tell their photographer, Andy Deluca about the video. Andy says he knows the perfect girl for the job. What happens when Ashton meets Perri? Will they grow together or will Ashton just have to watch from a distance and have let her go? . . . . . "I smell like chemicals but it's kinda cute."
