My name is Leilani-Lorali Strucker. I'm the younger twin sister to Lauren Strucker, only by 2 minutes, and the older sister to Andrew, or Andy, Strucker. Our story is a little different then you may have originally heard. We meet the mutant underground at the same time our friend, Clarice, does. In this story, mutants have soulmates. The only way to discover who your soulmate is is to make physical contact with them, such as a handshake. Time for you to learn the way I discovered my mutant life.

Part two of The Darkness Ignited. Andy and Lauren left The Mutant Underground to look for answers six months ago. They went to New Orleans to find answers about their family and their powers. Mia has been looking for them, following leads for months. John's been helping her to keep distracting himself from his grief. He was still mourning Clarise but he was getting through it, slowly. Esme found happiness with Leah, she was still trying to find her place in the Underground but she was getting through it. Lorna and Marcos missed their daughter, they wanted to be with her but they couldn't, not yet. Jace Turner was still looking for The Mutant Underground. He was so close to finding them. He was on Andy and Lauren's trail. It was only a matter of time before he found them. The Inner Circle was quiet, too quiet. Lauren and her twin sister Abby get their powers during the same near car crash, While Lauren's powers were easy enough to hide Abby's powers of telepathy and telekinesis made it hard for her to hide so she ran away to find others to help her learn to control her powers, enviably finding the Mutant underground and joining their fight. Then three years later her brother Andy nearly demolishes the school and she is forced to face the family she left clashing with the family she's made.

I'd rather spend the rest of my life running and hiding than spend one more day pretending to be someone I'm not." Being the eldest Strucker sibling, Angelina has always followed one unspoken rule; protect Lauren and Andy. When a trip home to see the family turns sour, Angelina will have to give up everything she has ever known in order to keep her promise. ^^^^^
