Noelle was sent to DragonSpine, Liyue, Inazuma, Sumeru, Fontaine, Natlan and then shnehnya to carry out alliance meetings and upkeep their alliances for the acting grand master of the knights of Favonius. Noelle meets lots of people and helps people out, nothing as exciting as what happened with the traveler, but she does casually meet the archons of other nations and explore areas the traveler has forgotten.
