Anescape Stories

It's not all fun and games for Shelby. She's in eighth grade, last year of middle school. The story talks about how she is growing up, feelings changes in herself and her relationships with other, and how stressful being a teenager can really be.

Two equally stubborn and hot headed people who have their own inner worlds that are VERY DIFFERENT from the other meet through a tragic incident. Follow them on their journey towards finding themselves and each other...or should I say on their escape?

Ever felt so alone? So scary that it drove you crazy? That's what happened to me and that's how I got put in the asylum. So much had filled my mind and everyone around me was scared of what I may do if I never got help. The asylum, the horrible screams at night, footsteps outside the rooms but if you looked no one was there.

This is about me.. this is how I've chosen to get my feelings and worries out because I'm afraid of my mind. I'm incapable of keeping and actual journal or diary and i would rather type it out and forget i ever did it.

This is the 1st poem I have ever written and I wrote it in 8th grade so I hope it's not too bad.
