After Cordy is awake from her Coma, Angel and her finally get together. They start living together a new life. As for the Angel's urse, Willow helps them to deal with it for certain time, with a ring of spell she gifts Angel, so that whenever he and cordelia decides to get a bit intimate, Angel doesn't lose his soul and channel out Angelus; plus she knew Angel deserves better after everything he been through. She was working on a permanent solution for that, but meanwhile, he can use the ring she gave her, that will stop Angel from losing his soul.
