Phil lives with his adopted twin sons, Wilbur and Techno. He decides to adopt another child. He finds Tommy, who has been in the foster care system since he was seven years old. He makes the decision to foster him, it doesn't realize the trauma and mistreatment he will hav to work through with Tommy. TW at the beginning of each chapter. No ships, no smut.

The golden blond haired boy was being mistreated by the pro hero Dream, and he had thought of ways to get back at him for all the trauma and pain he had caused him. The boy was kidnapped by the well known Villains in the city, the syndicates, the police and hero's couldn't catch them, they were know for that. || Hey there, before you go on and read this amazing story, I was to clarify that this is based off of a roleplay I'm doing with someone, everything here is what we said! He looks utterly unperturbed for someone who had just committed a war crime against one of his enemies. But Phil will give him the benefit of the doubt, providing one last chance to free him before the Antarctic Empire wreaks havoc on his kingdom. "I'm afraid there must be a mistake," he says, watching as Dream raises a brow in amusement. "I assume your guards have mistaken me for someone else? If you could just release me, I'll be on my way now." He has half the mind to expect Dream to jump at the opportunity, accept the shred of mercy Phil has offered him as they both go on their own way fighting the war. Perhaps he'd even let the man live. Philza Minecraft, a youth counselor for Pandoras Vault Juvenile Detention Center. He's been in the field for well over 5 years, and was dubbed one of the best therapists in the county. He was known for fixing the unfixable. That was until one kid. Tom Simons was convicted for murder, drug dealing, and assault. He was known to be stubborn, annoying, and a prick face. He was also the youngest kid in pandoras vault, being only 10. Phil desperately needs to learn how to crack this kid, or he would be putting his job and reputation on the line. "Tommy?" A cold voice hushed at him. He needed to keep running, he couldn't look back, he couldn't go back. Pure adrenaline and fear kept him going until he was on the outskirts of Logstedshire, trailing into the unknown. ... Or: TommyInnit is a teenager who is running away from "home". He accidentally becomes a vigilante in his new town and peaks the interest of the local villains.

Tommy learns of Dream's escape from prison and goes searching for the Axe of Peace, finding his aggressor waiting for his victim once more. Fleeing for his life, he runs to Technoblade and Philza's resident in the North, where Phil protects the young boy from the first one to walk the server.

When Tommy opened his eyes and saw the large crowd as he stood near a podium, he knew what was going to happen. He knew about the fanfiction. To be honest, he never would've expected to be magically whisked away and arrive in the DSMP in person himself today, he just ended his very last DSMP stream after all. Tommy is a mute 9 year old boy , he has been in 16 different homes and everyone gave him back to the orphanage after a few weeks when they realized they couldnt take care of a boy that cant speak. Tommy was in the orphanage since he was 3 years old. His parents died in a car crash , tommy always spoke before their death but when he survived the car crash and they didnt he never spoke again , the doctors say hes mute and Everyone thinks its because he got an injury on his neck and cant speak cause of that but what if there was another reason why he didnt speak? Phil and his two sons Techno and Wilbur , they are twins and 17 years old , wanted a new kid in their family and tried to find the perfect fitting kid for their family. They didnt find a ,fiting' kid for their family for weeks and wanted to give up but when they saw tommy.. they were sure there was something about him that would make the family better.
