Jade has no choice but leave her mother and ends up finding herself on the deck of the Black Pearl where she meets Jack Sparrow. Not knowing he's her real father, she goes against him and blindly trusts Davy Jones. He manipulates her and uses her for her magical powers she processes through a ring. Most people think that The Reynolds Pamphlet was all Maria Reynolds and/or Alexander Hamilton's fault, but in reality, it was more of James Reynolds' fault. I mean sure, Alexander didn't have to write the pamphlet, but Maria is completely innocent, in fact, she actually told Alexander to leave and run far away, never to return, but Alexander was worried and wanted to protect her from whoever was making Maria scared.
