Share Market/Stock Market is a market where buyers and sellers trade shares of publicly listed companies in NSE/BSE. It allows companies to raise capital by issuing shares, and investors to buy and sell these shares to potentially earn profits. When we purchase the shares of a particular company or multiple companies, these Shares represent our ownership in a company. Platforms where stocks are traded (e.g., NYSE, NASDAQ, BSE, NSE). People or institutions buying and selling shares from 9.15 am to 3.30 pm. In the Share Market, the share prices fluctuate based on demand, company performance, and market conditions. Share Market has two types: First is Primary Market where the companies issue new share that is called IPO ("Initial Public Offering") and the Secondary Market where Investors trade existing shares means shares which were already listed in the market. Governed by regulatory bodies (e.g., SEBI in India, SEC in the U.S.).
