The big bad bully got into a relationship. That's quite an embarrassment to the other toons according to Shrimpo. However, his reputation as the toon who shouldn't be messed with quickly diminished once his secret relationship got out. Now, he's relentlessly teased and gossiped about. These comments would not end up sitting well with Shrimpo.
