Leila had her problems, but she had her distractions as well. Having a smoke, grabbing a drink, or two, or three, sometimes the occasional- more like frequent- one night stand with an attractive guy. She was fine though. At least that's what she told herself, and all her friends, and everyone else who questioned it. She was absolutely, positively, without-a-doubt, fine. So what happens when she comes across Roger Taylor, someone with similar values and morales? Is it love at first sight? Do either of them even know what love is? Or are their personalities so similar that it goes to shit? The answer might as well be all of the above.

This fan-fiction set in 1974, follows the story of a 25 year old music major and saxophonist named Gwendolyn. She couldn't have been more lucky to see Queen in concert, but the experience takes a sharp turn, throwing her into the arms of a the quirky, and intelligent lead guitarist. Note: I am aware of the slight inaccuracy. The night of this particular concert, Brian had to be flown home to England to recover from Hepatitis. This was a date that worked with the plot, and I went with it. Also, this IS my first story on wattpad and I'm aware that it isn't really what most are looking for. So, it's really just fluffy and stuff, ok? :) - M
