Harry breaks up with Ginny again after the war. Ron and Ginny are pissed at him. Hermione stays neutral, but Harry's got severe PTSD and just wants to leave it all behind. He becomes an Animagus - a beautiful Belgian Malinois. He resolves to never switch back and runs out into the wild for years. Draco Malfoy is done with his year in prison and no magic parole, but he choses not to go back to the wizarding world. He still uses magic, but he works at a muggle bank, drives an auto and has a fully furnished muggle home. Then one day... a Belgian Malinois chases a deer across the road... right in front of Draco's car. Draco saves him and takes him home. Hiliarity ensues with Harry trying to escape and annoy Draco Malfoy. But Draco isn't dumb. He starts to realize that his dog... is way too smart for a dog.

Bill does hope so as he's waiting on her to finally trust him and his family, then what with the whole wizarding war coming up she has to use her capabilities to protect her new found friends Along the way she saves a Basilisk from Harry and turns the giant snake back into its true form, a dragon. This dragons name is Leto and can curiously speak to Phoenix Then of course the Sanctuary is falling to bits, war is raging at her once called home and she's been promoted as a warrior for the rebellion. She soon finds the place has been overrun with death eaters and has to leave with the few people who are neither death eater or too scared to, when war rages Voldemort will do anything to win Kill the girl who stole his basilisk? Of course he would.

The golden trio decide on becoming animagus' but is Hermione ready for what her life has in store for her. She will not only discover more about herself but a particular Slytherin will also be shown hiding their very own secrets.
