Jaiden Naidek is an Animalis. Unlike the Shifters in his world, he can never be fully human or fully animal. However, he believes this is an advantage as his fox side grants him enhanced hearing, balance and survival instinct. Unlike Shifters, he never has to turn off his abilities and he uses this to work towards his goal of becoming a valuable asset to the O'Rourkian Crown. However when Sam, his uncle, and his friend Mike gets trapped In another world they learn about a war and the prosecution of the many races of the world.
