When a clever little rat stumbles upon a trap meant for it, it tries to warn others-but none of the animals take it seriously. The dog, the chicken, the goat, and the cow all ignore the plea, believing it's not their problem. But when the trap catches something unexpected and tragedy strikes, the whole farm learns a powerful lesson: danger ignored today might become everyone's burden tomorrow. ✨ "The Trap That Caught Them All" is a thoughtful children's tale told through animal characters, revealing how helping-even in small ways-can make a big difference. Oliver is not your average cat. (If this statement is ever proven to be incorrect, please don't share that with Oliver. I doubt he'd believe you anyway.) Oliver is uncommonly wise in the ways of human-training, and is currently attempting to share his knowledge with both Harry, the dog who shares his house, and Pete, the cat next door. I will let Oliver tell you if they are proving to be inept pupils or not. I'd rather not get involved in that discussion. Their most recent harrowing adventure is what follows, wherein cats fly, monsters eat, and plans ravel and unravel with alarming speed.

Once upon a squeaky time, in a cozy little burrow under the floorboards of a quiet library, lived a young mouse named Milo. Milo wasn't just any mouse-he had the biggest ears in the neighborhood, and an even bigger imagination. But lately, he'd been having the strangest dreams. Every night, Milo dreamt he was being led through mysterious mazes-twisting paths of cheese walls, sliding trapdoors made of crackers, and bridges built from spaghetti noodles! But someone was always helping him... someone he couldn't quite see. One day, curious and a little puzzled, Milo decided to visit the wisest mouse in the warren: Dr. Squeaksalot, the mouse therapist. With a clipboard in paw and spectacles perched on his snout, Dr. Squeaksalot listened as Milo flopped on the cheese-colored couch and spilled his whiskery thoughts. "And then... they showed me... adventures," Milo squeaked, eyes wide with wonder. "They showed me how to navigate mazes... just to help me learn!" Dr. Squeaksalot gently smiled and tapped the maze drawing on his clipboard. "Ah, young Milo," he said. "Those dreams? They're not just dreams. They're Memory Mazes. Your mind is remembering all the ways your ancestors taught you how to survive, explore, and thrive. It's the wisdom of the mice that came before you-sneaky, clever, kind. You are learning because they believe in you." Milo's eyes sparkled. "So I'm not lost in the maze... I'm being guided?" "Exactly," said Dr. Squeaksalot. "And one day, you'll be the guide in someone else's maze." That night, Milo curled up in his warm nest of shredded book pages and sunflower seed shells. He smiled, heart full, tail curled tight. The maze would come again-but this time, he wouldn't be afraid. Because he knew: every twist and turn had a purpose. And he was never truly alone. The End.
