His mentor an old and wise man, full of lessons and very little conversation. He wasn't friendly but he was far less dangerous than his other teacher, 'Big Bear'. The Wind, water, rocks and fire of the land remained his worthy teachers, but will he ever really learn of his true purpose? Was it really to be ignored for years at a time, just to be ignored further when he fulfilled his duty of warning about imminent weather and likely attacks from 'Big Bear'? Like rocks and water his story spans many lives, but he wants you to follow. Watch him learn that he is not a Shaman, not a Hunter, not a Father, not quite a story teller, not a powerful advisor, he is a man. Whether it's because he's been forgotten or entrusted, it doesn't really matter... he will live in accordance with his heart because it is the nature of the land. 'Big Bear' lives in accordance with the land... and what must be done, will be done.

John, he's a pretty good bloke. Quite a remarkable concreter. He plies his trade on the Gold Coast of Australia. He's not exactly sure what happened in his father's childhood. But as man, John remembers well the hiding that he himself copped... he can't always remember what it knocked out of him but he remembers very well, the hiding itself. It wasn't enough to kill him, but it was enough for him to survive and endure life. John grew up for most of his life without a dad. He doesn't know the lessons he missed. He survived. He's created some lessons himself. He found brothers and father figures. John is more than a teacher, more than a survivor, he's a warrior too... When a child was placed in John's hands at the age of twenty, he really had no idea what to do. Smash him against the wall or kiss him on the forehead like a Hallmark card. John gave him back. John went to war, without his son. Will John be victorious? On what battle field will John eventually meet his son? Has the warriors creed inhabited John's 20 year old son's mind? What, if anything can these 'Concrete Warriors' build together? -Concrete Warriors

"Where am I?" "What are you? Rapunzel?" "I JUST SAW WOMEN HAULING BABIES INTO PITFIRES." "... And?" ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Welcome to Fotia, one of the 5 Nations of Seira! It's also known as the Empire of fire, or the kingdom of war, the realm of the hotheads, home to hypocrites and etc. The kingdom itself is located in the inner core of the Planet Earth. Despite the core being approximately 9,392 Fahrenheit (that's about 5200 degree Celsius), the Fotian have been blessed by their God: Ignatius. The Spirit of Fire and the youngest of the 5 children of Mother Nature. To a 17 year old teen, however, asking her to believe this nonsense actually existed was like telling a pig to drive you to school. Even if the supernatural existed, she wouldn't want to have anything to do with it. Not when she already had so much on her plate. But alas, Life really said "haHA, tough luck, Sonny Boi." This story contains: -TRIGGERS (e.g. verbal abuse, mentions of harm, blood, etc.) -supernatural life forms that could kill you -word play -political TOXICITY -dry humour -MORE TOXICITY -ANGST If you have a problem with any of the above, I suggest turning way right now.

BOOK ONE OF THE MENTAL SERIES-Keep an eye out for book two- Sadism, and book three- Animism Also, be on the lookout for the Spinoff story, Glenn! [Welcome to the Asylum, Jack.] Jakalyn Robertson is insane, she always knew she was. Or at least, that's what people told her. She didn't know DID could get you into a mental asylum though! Apparently it can when your other is ¨possibly dangerous.¨ They might as well have said, ¨Sorry, we know you're usually perfectly safe, but we have to lock you up because you're probably going to lose control and f**king KILL someone.¨ But no they didn't tell her that. Probably afraid she would kill THEM or something. Nah, that's about the dumbest thing she's ever heard since her mom told her she divorced her father ¨because he was no longer educated enough for her.¨ Sound anything less than stupid to you? Nah, she didn't think so. What you want the author to use first person pronouns? Why does it matter to you? Anyways, so now Jakalyn, or Jack, is in an asylum because of Dissociative Identity Disorder, and she's pretty f**ked, because she has no knowledge of self-defense, and her tour guides are more insane than she is. Join Jakalyn, Teagan, Rain, Lacey, Maria, and others as they try to solve the mysteries of the asylum, and figure out why they're all in there. MATURE RATING: OFF (POSSIBLY TEMPORARILY)
