Anna is a fifteen year old girl with a tendency to contemplate the everlasting questions of life and death. Why? Because she's dying. An artist, with a hamster named Sisyphus and a mother who is a gardener, becomes stronger friends with her best friend since second grade during an arm-drawing-with-crayola-markers excursion. But there is a climax. Her mom's boyfriend, the Dutch Tulip Man, also known as The Dutchman, is under suspicion of being a con-man. If you have read The Fault In Our Stars by the one and only amazing John Green, then you will know what an Imperial Affliction is. This is our own version of what we would think the book would be like if it were real. The story includes The Dutch Tulip Man, Anna, and some other characters that we think you would fall in love with along the way.

"The fault in our stars" is an amazing book written by John Green, which inspires millions of teens around the world. Many of you must be wondering: 1. How was John Green able to write a cancer patient's story so perfectly, even though he hasn't suffered from cancer ? 2. Was he inspired by someone for writing it ? 3. Was any of the characters a part of his life ?? Sure, there are answers for this......read on to find out....

Spoiler alert! Do NOT read if you have not read TFIOS! What would Augustus said if he wrote the sequel that he promised to Hazel? Would he say that the Dutch tulip man is a con? Would he say that Anna's mom gets married to him? Would the tulip man and Anna's mom leave California? What would happen to Sisyphus, the hamster? I guess you'll have to see what Augustus Waters said...

That Girl is about stereo types, and I just thought that it would be interesting to make a poem. Poems show a new life with in stories. They add a thousand questions to the reader's mind. Those questions then turn to knowledge, making a thought soon turn to a wonder, an idea, a possibility!

The Fault In Our Stars is a great book. But what is it all like from Gus's perspective? I wish to see if this has the same effect as An Imperial Affliction. But again, this be my first fanfic. Kind of. So any kind of help is welcome. Now, this is just for fun. I have no plans on completing it. PS: As this is a fan fiction, all the characters and events are from TFIOS. They are not mine.

My short story version of Van Houten's "An Imperial Affliction," featured in John Green's bestselling novel "The Fault In Our Stars." The story of a girl named Anna, a Dutch Tulip Man, and a hamster named Sisyphus.

My mother's glass eye turned inward, as it normally does when she is stressed or upset or both. The doctor asked if he could talk to her alone and she agreed; not that she really had a choice. I strained to hear what they were saying; though the outside of the door, I caught my name, and stage IV. " I though to myself, slowly making my way back to the chair that they presumed I was still in. Then it downed on my the only reason a doctor asks to speak to a parent in the hall is for terrible news, stages. Well there are a good bit of disease with stage but I was pretty certain I knew the one the doctor was about to diagnose me with; cancer.

Anna van Houten, a sixteen year old girl who has been in remission for two years survived a life-threatening rare blood cancer. Her life is anything but normal, between her tulip obsessed mother and her mother's love interest, a mysterious Dutch man who shares a similar obsession with Anna's mother. Her life has been a roller coaster of ups and downs being raised by her eccentric mother who has a glass eye, and adopting a hamster named Sisyphus. Anna's life spins in another direction when a handsome stranger, Isaac Michelson, walks into her life. Watch Anna's life through her eyes as she begins her journey down the road of love, and sickness.

Alexis Clarke was just a shy girl who didn't think much of people. She always saw couples being all loving and she longed for it. One day she met Jacari. The boy of her dreams. He played football, he could sing, and he could dance. He was also very smart. Javari came with a dark secret. He turned Alexis into a very bad girl by the means of his heart. Will she ever realize the troubles of bring his dirty little secret or will he continue to alter her life?

Based off of Hazels favorite book from the fault in our stars Dear John Green, In a way you left us in the middle of a sentence. Most people would say a work of art is messy and incomplete and generally I would be inclined to agree, but the beauty of reading is to finish the story and the inevitable afterwards. You have denied us the heartbreak and pleasure of knowing what life holds for the people you have created. A world at which the reader get swept up in. You do not owe me anything, but I would really like An Imperial Affliction. You are an amazing writer and it's sad that the world you have created of a book within a book does not exist. Please on behalf of everyone write An Imperial Affliction finish the story that deserves to be written by it creator. Sincerely just a girl. Thank

This is the made of story of the son of John Green, who decides to write An Imperial Affliction form the Fault in Our Stars secretly so his father would not know it. He has the same passion as his father, but doesn't want to get the attention of it and decides to keep it as a secret. He just from all the people of the World would not like his father to know! He wants to write it as a gift for a fan girl of his father that he likes, his Hazel Grace. Would he be able to fulfill the story as good as Van Houten? Would he be actually get her attention?

After reading The Fault in our Stars, I felt like i had to read AIA. Was mortified to find out it didn't exist. So, I set off to write my own. It may not be the best, but I hope you enjoy my bad writing. Thanks to John Green, Gus Waters, and Hazel Grace. And Peter Houten.

This is the story of Anna (Ans). Her struggle with cancer, her struggle with boys, and most of all the struggle of Family and Friends. Go with Anna as she discovers what to do when the person she love most is a sadistic asshole. - You don't think I would have figured out, am I really that dumb in your mind? I have known for weeks. Based on the popular story by John Green. I have decided to create a sequel of The Fault in Our Stars of how Hazel comes to pass and what she does to deal with Augustus' death, hopefully I'll be able to pull it off and I really hope I don't disappoint any one. Hazel has cancer thyroid, with mets in her lungs to be exact and has recently lost her beloved boyfriend Augustus to cancer to, a different cancer called osteosarcoma which also caused him to lose his leg. They had some great times together and an even better story which is beautifully documented by John Green in his original story (if you haven't read it yet check it out it's absolutely brilliant!) The story is not true and any characters or circumstances that are relatable to anyone are completely coincidental. Thank you for reading! Enjoy the sequel!
