Desperate to find a way back home, he embarks on a journey, meeting familiar faces along the way. However, when an unforseen prophecy comes into play -one that never made an appearance in the books- Daniel finds himself on a perilous journey if he ever wishes to escape alive. All while he tries to keep his true identity a secret from his new friends. But when something starts to pull the strings on his mind and the world around him, it's clear something much more sinister is on the horizon. As such, he finds himself risking it all to save a world he's not even supposed to exist in. As well as having to choose. Whether living life as dragon... I accept any ideas and Constructive criticism (don't be too harsh please) so come along for the ride. NOTE: Things may seem off within the story such as: A confusing timeline, unexplained plot holes, out of character reactions, etc. All I can say is that they're in there on purpose for the most part and will be explained as you read through the story. After the half-war with the IceWings, the NightWings had become less brooding and maleviolent. However there was a NightWing that never needed earrings. He is Nightkeeper, a shy, unsure, but powerful dragon. Nightkeeper was among the first to recieve a gift, so he had got what he asked for : the ability to summon handle-less knives and blades out of nowhere. He was puzzled when earings came. Nightkeeper somehow wasn't influenced by Darkstalker's evil spells. But with the downfall of one true legend, could the others be true as well? Can Nightkeeper save his entire tribe, from monsters lurking in the shadows?

An army will come from a land unseen, And yet not all is as it seems." It was my own father who received that prophecy, just days before me and Dawn were born under the 3 moons. This book starts about a month before Darkstalker was imprisoned in the mountain by Clearsight and may have continuity issues (I haven't got around to reading Darkstalker: Legends yet), so I apologise.

I will explain how the animus gift works in this book

Eclipse was hatched to Whiteout and Thoughtful shortly after the mess with Darkstalker was resolved. She was supposed to bring her family great happiness, and yet all they can see is a reflection of Darkstalker within her. She has the same powers, the same steely resolve. But she is different.
