This book talk about mental health struggles, BPD, depression, Anxiety, Childhood neglect, mental abuse, sexual assault, and therapy. Please remember to use self care before, during, and after reading. These disorders are not to be taken lightly, feeling overwhelmed could happen during reading. i got my first addictions at a very young age and it practically overfilled my life and I want to share on how I got over two of my addictions from when i was only 9 years old through 10.
