Histoire tiré d'un de mes rêves

Légendes recueillies dans trois régions distinctes du pays breton : le Trécor, le Goëlo et le Quimperrois. Elles proviennent, en grande majorité, de la première de ces trois régions et ont été principalement recueillies dans les deux communes de Bégard et de Penvénan.

Once he saves her from a horrible fate at her fathers hands he then shows her a beautiful nether world, as she falls in love with Death what will become of her as she discovers new things about herself, her past and maybe even her future.

In Breton mythology, Ankou was an Grim Reaper figure who collected the dead. Other stories say that Ankou was a man, cursed to wander the earth forever. This is my interpretation of that myth.
