Eveline is returning to Hogwarts for her second time to attend the fourth year. Only a very small selection of people know that her wand is nothing more than a wooden stick, and no one really knows what she is capable of. She can only hope to keep it that way, but with the Triwizard Championship, it's hard to be sure. However, the spell that kept her hidden wears off, and she receives a letter inviting her to start her third year at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. To avoid gossip, her parents let her go, under the condition that she would use a fake wand and stay quiet about her heritage. In a family filled with liars, deceivers and schemers, she is quite familiar with keeping secrets. There are a lot of things her parents don't know, and there are a lot of things she can unravel about herself and her family. Doing it all alone is quite discouraging. Thankfully, her family is quite close to the Malfoys, and Draco turns out to be her biggest support.
