{Book 2. Sequel to Into Narnia. PLEASE READ THAT FIRST! This book will not make sense if you don't. Also this is basically a sequel to ever chapter except the last one; to which it's a prequel. I didn't plan on writing more than one book so that's why it's a little weird 😂) It's been a year since Abby, Anna, and Sydni left Narnia. They struggle with getting back into the swing of things - they also really miss Their home- and The Pevensies. Some more than others. But when they are whisked back to the magical land of Narnia, they are surprised at what they find. Narnia is not the same, and neither are the Pevensies. Friendships will be strained. Relationships will be tested to the limit. Lives will be on the line. Nobody, will be the same.

King Edmund has fallen in love with Princess Annie and tries to win her heart. But when King Edmund is able to catch her attention, a spoiled prince who wants Princess Annie for his own comes to convince King Ral, Annie's father, to have Annie marry him. Will Princess Annie have to marry this prince? Will King Edmund be able to call Annie his own?

Winter is over, the Witch is dead and the prophecy is fulfilled. Everything is just how it should be, isn't it? Edmund is still having a hard time coming to terms with his betrayal. Peter tries to get him to forgive himself, but when Edmund finds little messages written everywhere he goes, when he hears people whispering about him, it all becomes too much. The ever-so prosperous Narnia finds itself growing barren from within as a troubled Just King struggles to find himself in the pieces Jadis had left behind. Even more so when unwanted curses uncloak itself and Edmund loses himself in the madness of Jadis' cruelty yet again. Everything he touches, everything he feels, everything he loves; it all turns cold and hollow. Twisted thoughts and intolerable nightmares haunt him. He finds himself slowly slipping away and into the darkness. He resents the thought of corrupting yet another thing he loves or anyone else, and so he wastes away in his chambers and with the curse slowly killing him from within. Will he go in search of help before it's too late or will he rot away?
