Everyone online thought meeting Anne Hathaway would fix her life.
It didn't.
At sixteen, Ivy Salazar is angry, reckless, and impossible to control. After years of surviving an abusive home and bouncing through temporary care, she ends up in the middle of a viral moment involving Hollywood actress Anne Hathaway, the woman she had adored since childhood.
One interview. One awkward encounter. One impulsive decision later, Anne becomes Ivy's temporary guardian.
Suddenly Ivy is living in penthouses, movie sets, and expensive hotel rooms while carrying years of rage she doesn't know what to do with. She sneaks into parties, gets photographed stumbling out of clubs, lies constantly, and pushes Anne away every time things get too warm, too safe, too real.
Anne, meanwhile, is exhausted.
She didn't plan on becoming responsible for a traumatized teenager who keeps stealing hoodies, disappearing at 2AM, and calling paparazzi "government drones." But somewhere between panic attacks, late-night milkshakes, screaming matches, and quiet mornings on the kitchen floor, they start becoming something terrifyingly close to family.
And Ivy slowly realizes that love can feel unfamiliar without being fake.
(Not a great writer at timelines! Please bear with me. But here you go. Adding also a few crossovers 😅)
