An ode to the late Anne Sexton.

This easy-to-read essay looks at the benefits of writing in relation to mental/emotional wellbeing. I have used a range of academic sources and will be using Anne Sexton as a case study to discuss this topic. DISCLAIMER: I am NOT a mental health professional and so this is NOT a claim that writing is a solution to mental health issues or disorders. I am just displaying my research and offering it to people for them to judge whether writing would be a suitable tool for building their wellbeing.
