Their dad's imprisoned for a crime he didn't commit and their step-brother went crazy and decapitated his mom. Without much options, they're forced to move all the way from New York to San Francisco with their uncle, Eddie Brock, who may be more than what meets the eye.

Turns out, not everything is sunshine and rainbows after Maisie's adoption, as a new villain seeks to destroy Spider Man. In the beginning, Venom and Eddie weren't planning to help some fancy web slinger take care of a problem three thousand miles away, but they soon change their minds when they, Anne, Dan, and Maisie move to Brooklyn.
