A xenoarchaeology team investigating ruins on a long-dead world discovers evidence that humanity was engineered by the vanished civilisation-not as slaves or soldiers, but as a summoning mechanism for something the aliens themselves feared to call. The automated facility beneath the ruins recognises the crew as defective prototypes and begins "correcting" them to fulfil their original purpose.

We were gathering our things for a day out when on the tv, a voice echoed across both raido and Live TV. "we regret to inform you that the world has reached a devastating point. our nabors, those with nukes, have launched them. we have 5 min until total atomic alienation, tentions across the world have reached a peak, and with 10,000 launches, we dont see anyone surviving....." Then it cut out, the end of the TV brodcast was met with silence as William and Michael looked at each other. the moment they have been preparing for has arrived. they both nodded and split up. 5 min is enough. with there Hilux backed to the brim in the shed William Dovercast opened the roller door while Michael started the Preped bug out car up. the cage on the back was covered in steel. not to mention the car was upgraded with several batteries and a Duel Bio-fuel engine. with a switch that Michael flicked activating the turbo. William jumped in while they backed out. all around them familiar faces torn appart by the catastrophic idea that their world was ending. but for Michael, he had this slightest Grin, but William was afraid. he had listened to his brother for so long, but for this to come to pass has been hectic he dident really beleve it..but for the way Michael was driving he knew they will survive. the path out of the small town was clear. Luckily for them, they built a car prepared for this exact situation. the car can travel 1000 klm under one tank fotted with boosters and an augmented engine that made it easy to traverse the bushland. then Michael launched up over a ramp they had built to get past the wall that they call the estate barricade. the keap was the hard part now for the landing. Michael practised this many times, stuck the landing well, and slides off to the side. then they looked back, and there were lound thumps. echoing across Australia. only 10 Titans hit Australia, but many who lived in the city knew that they were doomed. willam was clutching his chest.

"This is your life, and it's ending one minute at a time." What if you actually knew how long your life would last and only by doing the right thing would it continue? You're technically free but you also are not? This is the fate of our protagonist here. He'll do what he needs to do to keep that timer from ticking down to zero. No matter the cost. Tick-tock, indeed. It's also an allusion to Peter Pan's crocodile.

A story that moves forward with choices that a reader makes. The scene is set in the future, where life is entirely different from now. After the Doom's day, the world changed. It lost loved ones but it was healing. Life for Nived and his dog, Mars wasn't easy but they made it through somehow. The world might need saving again or might end. This depends on what the readers choose. A choice is left towards the end of a Chapter or the beginning of it. The readers can answer via a poll on the Author's Twitter handle - @Sir_Binge_A_Lot. Let the madness begin.

"The Curse of Hell" is a short story about a small girl named Jessica (15) who was cursed by the touch of a devil when she was young. Ever since then, she has to learn to cope with the demon who lives in her body. One day, Hades, speaks to Jessica and explains that she is the chosen one. She realizes that she shouldn't tell anyone so they don't worry too much. But what Jessica doesn't know may hurt her in the end.
