Its the 89th annual hunger games . After the rebellion it was fine for a couple years . However , humanity always messes up their opportunities which led to snows grandaughter taking over . They changed the rules now a quater quell is every ten years . Oh and may the odds be ever in your favour .

Sure he has plenty to eat, sure he has a full family, but he was cut from training school, he was rejected as someone who had no skill, nothing, condemned to never become a peacekeeper.
