Ethan and Mark moved in together, thinking it would be easier to make videos, edit and other things. But what Ethan didn't know much about was marks alter ego that he will experience a traumatic encounter with. Due to Ethan's already unstable mental state, being raped caused him to fall back into a pit he though he left long ago. Causing old scars to reopen.

Ethan is Mark's good friend and has a channel of his own, as the two make videos together Ren gets to spend time around Ethan quite often. What happens when mark grows too protective of his little sister? Will Ren finally break down after bottling everything up from the accident? Will Ethan finally pull her out of the clouds?

To most, the sword would be the obvious choice for offense and others believe the pen to be mightier. But Ethan here whipped out his long and erect Nintendo Switch out of his pocket, as to ask Mark a question. Eh, less of a question more of an invitation really. But before this story that totally happened can truly bless your eyes and trust me, dude my uncle works at Microsoft, there are some things that need to be prefaced. The setting of this story takes place on Mark's couch, they're at his house. The people of Mark & Ethan here in this work of writing are characterizations of themselves, they are characters but that's not to say these events couldn't have happened. The final thing I want to say is that the phrase "Ethan inserted his weapon of choice." is the cause for all of this, blame that one sentence for this creation. This is an attempt at an Unus Annus story since during the finale of Unus Annus they said the fans could keep making Unus Annus related content. ANYWAYS. ONTO THE DESCRIPTION! Mark and Ethan have been planning an idea to create a YouTube Channel known as Unus Annus. But in this Alternate Universe.. They didn't just get the idea from two latin words and an amount of time.. They got it from two strange beings who look almost exactly like them.. They call themselves Unus and Annus. I'm sorry if the story seems like crap at first but this is my first attempt at a long story. I've become more adapted to making short horror stories..

After Unus Annus ends something they never planned to happen becomes true. When the clock hit zero twins where born. Unus and Annus had kids.

Mark Fischbach meets Ethan Nestor when he dies in a sudden car crash, only to wake up in a dark void. A year before this, he was told that he had a year left to live by someone who had also previously died and gone into a similar void. Mark is tasked with guiding Ethan, the only person from the outside world that can see and communicate with him, into accepting that he only has a year left to live. Ethan Nestor, a 17 year old kid who struggles with depression and anxiety along with ADHD, lives a dull life absent of any purpose or motivation. He's convinced himself his life is one without meaning, and that he was born just to be buried. So one day, when he decides to end it all, he is frankly surprised by the sudden apparition of his dead idol, Mark Fischbach, who tells him he has a whole year left to live. Ethan must work with himself to find a meaning to life, and on the way he teaches Mark a thing or two about living as well.
